Three clear updates.

We keep you informed from the day your invoice is prepared.

  1. Day 11

    Your invoice is prepared

    On the first day of every month, your PDF invoice is prepared and emailed to you.

  2. Day 82

    A friendly payment reminder

    Seven days later, we send a reminder if the invoice still needs to be paid.

  3. Day 223

    Your statement is sent

    Twenty-one days after the invoice, an account statement is prepared and sent to you.

Use your app barcode at Payzone

Pay by cash or card at any Payzone outlet. Open the barcode in SnugZone, then show it on your phone, take a screenshot or print it.

Pay securely from your phone

Follow the steps in SnugZone and choose Apple Pay, Google Pay or a regular debit or credit card. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe.
