Top up in the way that suits you.

Add credit securely in the Snugzone app, whenever you need it. Your new balance can take a few minutes to appear.

Open Top up

Sign in to Snugzone and choose Top up from the home screen.

  • Select the amount you want to add.
  • Choose the payment option available to you.

Pay securely by card

Confirm your selected amount, then enter your payment details through our secure payment process.

  • Review the amount before you confirm.
  • Keep the app open until your payment is complete.

Or pay with a barcode

If this option is available on your account, select Barcode in the app and show it to the retailer.

  • You can show the barcode from your phone.
  • You may also print a copy to bring with you.

Check your updated balance

Return to the home screen to check that your credit has updated.

  • Allow around 5–10 minutes for the balance to refresh.
  • For security, you can only top up the account currently signed in on your phone.

Payzone retailers: where barcode top-ups are supported, you can pay at participating Payzone outlets across Ireland.
