SMS Options
To check your balance:
- ▶ Text “balance” to 086 180 0714.
- ▶ Or check your balance via the SnugZone app.
To use an IOU:
- ▶ Text “iou” to 086 180 0714.
- ▶ Or activate IOU via the SnugZone app.
To get your barcode number:
- ▶ Text “barcode” to 086 180 0714.
- ▶ Or retrieve your barcode via the SnugZone app.
If you find your access has been denied to the app, you’ve lost your phone, you’ve lost your password or it won’t work:
- ▶ Go to App Login on www.Snugzone.biz
- ▶ At the login screen you’ll see “Forgot your password”
- ▶ Add your Username click the link and follow the screens.
- ▶ You’ll receive a text ON Your Phone with a unique link. Click on this and follow the instructions on screen.
- ▶ Done!
