System Usage   -   It's really easy - it's all on your phone...

To use the system you need to complete:

  • Email address – you have already provided this to your operator
  • Account number – this is your house address, number and road without spaces
  • Password -
    • On first logging in; use your own password.
    • Login again with your own password.
    • Your own password will then become permanent.

The system is designed to be easy to use. All you need is your mobile phone and you can stay on top of your account.

What happens when I've no credit?

It's no problem! If you run out of credit at night or weekends we give you friendly credit. This happens automatically. Any credit used will be taken back automatically when you next top-up.

Any time your credit drops below €5 – an IOU button will appear. You can use this credit if you don't feel like getting a top-up. When you press the button any credit used will be taken back the next time you top-up.

Some schemes have an IOU Extra option, this allows additional credit and may not be available with your particular scheme.
